INSTRUMENTATION :

DES offers the following instrumentation services :

• Installation of systems including hazardous area control systems, SCADA systems, DCS and PLC systems, fire and gas systems and process installation, termination & commissioning of indicators, transmitters and controllers, valves & other field instruments.
• Infrastructure systems installation including cabling, marshaling panels, instrument air/ gas tubing, and impulse piping work.
• Testing, calibration & loop checking through fully trained technicians with certified testing equipment.
• Specialist knowledge on industrial projects for material selection and procurement related to electrical & instrumentation hardware material.
• Ability to pre-fabricate instrument support & other fabrication work for control packages on or off site.
• Provide Qualified Experienced Engineers/Technicians for shut down maintenance, installation, and commissioning activities as required.

ELECTRICAL :

• Electrical design and detailed engineering include sizing LV and MV transformers, power system studies and analysis, and illumination engineering.
• Equipment RFQ and Datasheets, vendor documents scrutinizing, procurement assistance.
• Erection, Installation, and commissioning of electrical equipment like service transformers, LV, MV motors, control Panels, APFC panels, capacitor banks, DG’s, etc.
• Cable laying, termination, and also other site activities including regular shut-down and maintenance.
• Provide Qualified Experienced Engineers/Technicians for shut down maintenance, installation, and commissioning activities as required.

Commissioning :

We provide commissioning assistance :

• Deployment of Experienced Engineers, Supervisors, Instrument Technicians, skilled Fitters, and Electricians with the relevant industry experience and competency.
• Provide documentation that is traceable to international standards.

Calibration :

CEPS owns various ranges of the latest certified test and calibration types of equipment. We offer onsite services of calibrations. We can set up a fully equipped laboratory at sites as per requirements.
